We buy space from the carriers who do own the vessels, aircraft, and trucks, usually at rates that a business shipping a few containers a year couldn’t get on its own. We work out the routing, prepare the documents, make the customs declarations, and stay accountable for the shipment from collection through to final delivery. You deal with one company and get one invoice, instead of coordinating a haulier, a shipping line, a customs broker and a delivery agent yourself.
