International Shipping Service Center

Storage for goods between legs of a shipment, and booked space in markets where you need to hold stock closer to your customer.

Temporary holds

Cargo often needs to sit somewhere for a while — waiting on a consolidation, a delayed onward booking, a customer who isn’t ready to receive, or clearance at the destination. We hold shipments in the interim rather than leaving them accruing demurrage at a port or sitting on a truck.

Booked storage in other markets

Where we don’t hold our own facility, we book warehouse space through partners in the destination country. You deal with us for it rather than sourcing and contracting a warehouse in a market you don’t know.

That’s a normal arrangement in this industry, and we’d rather be straight about which is which than imply we own facilities everywhere.

What we can arrange

  • Short-term holds between shipment legs
  • Longer-term storage in destination markets, through partner facilities
  • Palletising, labelling and re-packing before onward carriage
  • Consolidation of multiple inbound consignments into one outbound shipment

Tell us early if you’ll need storage. Space in a given market isn’t always available at short notice, and a shipment that arrives with nowhere to go starts costing money at the port immediately. Flag it at quote stage and we’ll build it into the plan.

What we need to know

  • Where the goods need to be held, and roughly for how long
  • Pallet count or volume
  • Whether the goods need any particular conditions
  • Whether they’ll be released in one go or drawn down over time
